You will need to be friendly and welcoming, being able to deliver an unforgettable experience to every guest. You must have a genuine passion for what you do, be enthusiastic and have the ability to engage everyone around you and build long-term rapport with both the guests and your colleagues. As well as confidence to encourage our guests to fully immerse themselves in the experience.
