Key Responsibilities:

• Support the waiting team by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently
• Ensure cutlery, glassware, and crockery are clean, polished, and properly laid
• Top up water and assist with bread, snacks, and other table accompaniments
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations
• Help deliver food to tables under the direction of senior waiting staff
• Be attentive to guest needs and communicate feedback or issues to the team
• Uphold the restaurant’s brand standards, values, and customer service ethos

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to build a career in the industry
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong team player with good communication skills
