About the Role
The Medical Relationship Administrator will provide dedicated administrative and coordination support to the Medical Relationship Partner, with a focus on ensuring the smooth onboarding of new Members. This role is key in upholding Loveday’s standards of excellence and supports the delivery of a seamless, compliant, and high-quality move-in experience for our Members and their families.
Key Responsibilities· 1. New Member Administration
· Prepare and manage new Member documentation, including membership agreements, arrange care assessments, medical summaries, and consent forms.
· Track completion of all paperwork and ensure timely updates to internal systems.
· Liaise with external healthcare professionals (GPs, consultants, hospitals) to obtain necessary medical records.
· 2. Move-In Coordination
· Support the Relationship Partner in coordinating the move in process.
· Maintain accurate checklists and timelines for each new Member.
· Assist with the scheduling of assessments, welcome calls, and internal readiness meetings.
· 3. CRM & Records Management
· Ensure all information is accurately logged and updated in Salesforce.
· Maintain secure and compliant records in line with GDPR and internal policies.
· Support the generation of reports or data as required.
· 4. Stakeholder Communication
· Communicate professionally with families, next of kin, and healthcare professionals to collect required documentation or provide updates.
· Handle sensitive information with discretion and a high level of confidentiality.
· 5. Team & Operational Support
· Prepare materials for tours, assessments, and internal meetings.
· Assist with post-move-in follow-ups and support internal audits as required.
· Provide general administrative assistance to the wider Membership & Relationships team as needed.

In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application.
