Club Concierge– Loveday’s First Dedicated Health, Wellness and Rehabilitation Retreat 
 
Club Concierge is not simply a service but a complete curated experience. Members and guests step into a sanctuary where rehabilitation and recovery are seamlessly combined with five-star hospitality. Every detail from clinical expertise to lifestyle service is carefully orchestrated to deliver confidence, comfort, and renewal. 
 
Club Concierge is designed to be discreet, restorative, and deeply personal. Whether welcoming guests for short-term post-operative recovery or supporting Members in longer stays, our team ensures every interaction reflects our philosophy: that life, health, and hospitality belong together. 
 
Role Overview 
 
The Club Concierge is a highly engaging, member-facing role that combines hospitality excellence with confident communication and exceptional organisational skills. This role is the first contact upon arrival/check-in at Club Concierge and the successful candidate will be impeccably presented, warm, and professionalYou will create an outstanding first impression for healthcare professionals, members and their friends and family.  

From enquiry and throughout the members’ stay, the Club Concierge plays a pivotal role in shaping Club Concierge experience. This includes managing enquiries, arranging tours, supporting Member move-ins, being part of the hospitality team when required and ensuring every detail of service reflects the refinement and care that defines Loveday Belgravia 

Key Responsibilities 
 

  • Create an exceptional first impression and be the point of contact for all visitors, prospective Members, and families, managing enquiries with warmth, professionalism, reassurance and where needed, the appropriate amount of urgency 

 

  • Ensure the reception and front-of-house areas are always immaculate, welcoming, and aligned with the company brand standards 

 

  • Confidently showcase LD Belgravia facilities and services, arranging and conducting tours, and following up with personalised communications 

 

  • Ensure all communal areas and the suites are presented to an exceptional standard, liaising with housekeeping and hospitality team when needed 

 

  • Personally welcome new Members on arrival, arranging seamless move-ins and creating a sense of occasion with thoughtful hospitality touches 

  •  
    Support Members throughout their stay by anticipating needs, liaising with operations and hospitality teams, and ensuring every request is handled promptly and elegantly 

  •  
    Accurately record and manage enquiries, tours, and follow-ups, updating members recharges and declining balances 

  •  
    Provide administrative support for scheduling, meetings, and guest coordination 
     

Skills and Experience 
 
Proven experience working across multiple functions ensuring guest experience is at the highest standards within luxury hospitality, private healthcare or 5* hotel 

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and represent Club Concierge with confidence 

Impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and multi-task effectively 

Professional presentation and polished telephone manner, reflecting the standards of luxury service 

Experience using Microsoft Office is essential;  

Warm, immaculate personal presentation, approachable, and proactive, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver solutions with poise 
 
Additional Information 
 
Full training will be provided on systems and service standards 
Flexibility may be required to meet the needs of Loveday
This role is based at Loveday BelgraviaClub Concierge is part of Loveday and Co.  There may be the requirement to support other residences at either Kensington, Esher or Abbey Road 

Eligibility

In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must either be eligible to live and work in the UK or must obtain permits to work in the UK prior to application. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
