We’re not trying to reinvent the wheel here, just honor the classics with tender love and care. Freshly shucked oysters on the half shell, po-boys on crusty french bread, steaming bowls of gumbo and red beans. What more do you need?
The Job
We are looking for a motivated individual who loves the real New Orleans to join our team for a Saturday double shift, with opportunities to pick up additional shifts as needed. In this role you’ll work directly with the Owner to deliver the best possible experience to guests, making them feel like family in true New Orleans style and demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of our cuisine. This job will provide you with the opportunity to be fully hands-on in all aspects of the business and to learn new skills. Since we’re a small place you will have the freedom here to really dive in and make this restaurant shine. We are a collaborative place, and all of your ideas are welcome.
Candidates should have at least one year of Front of the House experience, be team-committed and truly want to learn about the business.
