Job Description

We are looking for a motivated individual to be at the heart of our exciting new restaurant. In this role you’ll get to be hands-on in all aspects of our kitchen, collaborating with our Owner/Chef to show New York City what authentic New Orleans cuisine is really all about. If you ever wanted to learn how to make a roux darker than the chocolate they crank out at Willy Wonka’s factory this is the place for you.

Candidates should have at least one year of kitchen experience, be team-committed and want to learn about the business. In a place this small, you’ll see it all!

We are opening initially for dinner service 5 nights / week (Tuesday - Saturday), with plans to expand to 6 nights / week (Sunday) as well as lunch and takeaway food.

For our opening we are looking to hire 2 individuals for this position, one to work from approximately 1pm - 11pm Tuesday - Thursday, with the other working from 1pm - 12am Friday - Saturday. Opportunities for additional hours will arise as we expand to 6 days / week and lunch.
