What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead from the front – own the floor, energise the team, and ensure every guest leaves buzzing.

• Support performance – help manage P&L, team targets, and day-to-day operations with confidence and control.

• Develop talent – coach and motivate a team that delivers great service and thrives in a fast-paced, premium environment.

• Bring the brand to life – collaborate with marketing and events teams to deliver unforgettable experiences, from rooftop brunches to tequila tastings.

• Maintain standards – ensure compliance, safety, and quality across all operations — with style and structure.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as an AGM or strong supervisor in a high-volume, high-energy venue. Rooftop or destination experience? Even better.

• Leadership skills that inspire, motivate, and get results.

• Operational know-how, with strong understanding of budgets, stock, rota planning, and guest experience KPIs.

• Passion for hospitality — especially bold food, great drinks, music, and unforgettable vibes.

• Resilience, calm under pressure, and a love for getting stuck in.
