Position Overview
For this exciting new project launching in summer 2025, the Head Chef is the creative and operational force behind this project’s culinary offering. As a leader in the kitchen, you are responsible for crafting and delivering a dining experience that reflects the elegance, vibrancy, and seasonal freshness at the heart of the brand.

You’ll lead the kitchen with a hands-on, collaborative spirit—managing people, product, and process with finesse and efficiency. Your presence sets the tone, whether on the pass, in training, or during high-profile events, and you play a key role in ensuring an unforgettable gastronomic journey for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full kitchen operation with a focus on consistent food quality, flavor, and presentation
Design and deliver a dynamic, seasonal menu and daily specials that reflect the brand identity and local Mediterranean influences
Supervise food preparation, cooking, and plating across all kitchen stations and service periods
Maintain full compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards and ensure all kitchen practices meet legal and brand guidelines
Train, coach, and develop all kitchen staff—including Sous Chefs, CDPs, Commis, and Pastry—fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
Work closely with the Global Chef, Cluster Chef, and Procurement teams to manage food costs, reduce waste, and implement effective stock rotation (FIFO)
Oversee ordering, supplier relations, inventory control, and quality checks on all incoming deliveries
Ensure cleanliness, efficiency, and organization across all kitchen areas and storage facilities
Collaborate with the Events and General Management teams to deliver bespoke menus for private events and activations
Participate actively in pre-shift briefings, tastings, and operational planning sessions
Support recruitment and onboarding of new kitchen team members in alignment with the brand’s culture
Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure alignment with service standards and guest expectations
Ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and service teams during busy operations and events
Maintain and troubleshoot kitchen equipment; promptly report any maintenance needs
Implement allergy and dietary protocols with clear labeling and communication to FOH teams
Oversee all service openings, daily prep, pass management, and kitchen closing procedures
Stay updated on culinary trends, premium plating styles, and sustainability best practices in the high-end hospitality sector
Act as a visible, inspirational leader who embodies the brand’s elegance, energy, and commitment to excellence
Required Qualifications and Competencies
Proven experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end hospitality environment
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Expertise in Mediterranean cuisine, seasonal cooking, and premium presentation standards
Deep understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, HACCP, and procurement systems
Demonstrated ability to manage food costs, stock, and supplier negotiations
Proactive and hands-on approach to service, training, and operations
Creative, trend-aware, and passionate about delivering standout guest experiences
Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish and/or German are a plus
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
