Position Title: Chef de Partie

Position Overview
For this exciting new project launching in summer 2025, we are looking for a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to take charge of a specific section of the kitchen—be it grill, cold, sauce, or fish—with confidence and consistency.
In this hands-on role, you’ll ensure that your station is impeccably organized, prepped, and ready for high-paced service while delivering dishes that reflect the creative, refined, and elevated standards of our brand. You’ll play a crucial part in the kitchen brigade, collaborating closely with your fellow chefs to guarantee a smooth and memorable guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of your assigned kitchen section, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
Prepare, cook, and plate dishes in accordance with our brand’s recipes, presentation guidelines, and portioning standards
Uphold the highest levels of food quality, hygiene, and safety throughout preparation and service
Coordinate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service execution and timing
Execute daily mise en place with precision, ensuring proper labelling, storage, and stock rotation
Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to the Sous Chef or Head Chef
Rigorously follow HACCP and internal hygiene protocols
Contribute to menu development by sharing creative ideas and seasonal inspirations
Mentor and support Commis Chefs and kitchen trainees within your section
Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning, organizing, and restocking your station
Maintain a calm and efficient workflow during high-pressure service hours
Stay updated on culinary techniques, plating trends, and ingredient innovations relevant to your area
Promote a positive and respectful kitchen culture that aligns with our brand’s values of hospitality, refinement, and teamwork
Remain flexible and willing to assist other sections when needed during peak service
Ensure that every dish you touch contributes to a guest experience defined by elegance, flavour, and precision
Required Qualifications and Competencies
Proven experience in a Chef de Partie or similar kitchen role, ideally within high-end or fine dining settings
Solid understanding of culinary techniques and a strong sense of taste, texture, and plating aesthetics
Ability to manage your section efficiently under pressure with minimal supervision
High standards for cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the kitchen
Team-oriented attitude with strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for creativity and attention to detail
Fluency in English is mandatory; Spanish or German are a plus
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
