• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on buildings, systems, and equipment

• Inspect property infrastructure, machinery, and systems to ensure safety and functionality

• Address plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general repair issues

• Implement and follow preventive maintenance schedules

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent repair needs

• Install basic appliances or equipment as required

• Ensure compliance with local building codes, health, and safety regulations

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and shift reports

• Safely use hand tools and power tools in line with company guidelines

• Support vendor coordination and assist external contractors when necessary

• Identify and report hazards or safety concerns to management
