Position: Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventative maintenance of all property equipment and infrastructure. You ensure that all technical systems operate safely, efficiently, and without disruption, directly supporting both the guest experience and daily operations.
In this behind-the-scenes yet essential role, your technical expertise, responsiveness, and attention to detail help maintain the high standards of comfort, safety, and functionality that define the Nikki Beach environment. You play a critical part in ensuring the property is always guest-ready.
Perform regular maintenance and repairs on buildings, systems, and equipment
Inspect property infrastructure, machinery, and systems to ensure safety and functionality
Address plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general repair issues
Implement and follow preventive maintenance schedules
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and urgent repair needs
Install basic appliances or equipment as required
Ensure compliance with local building codes, health, and safety regulations
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and shift reports
Safely use hand tools and power tools in line with company guidelines
Support vendor coordination and assist external contractors when necessary
Identify and report hazards or safety concerns to management
Maintain workshop and storage areas in a clean, organized condition
Comply with company safety standards and environmental policies
Support special projects, renovations, or event setups as required
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a maintenance, facilities, or technical role, preferably within hospitality, resorts, or commercial properties
Skilled across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, and basic carpentry
Hands-on, reliable, and detail-oriented
Physically fit and capable of manual labor (lifting, bending, climbing)
Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities
Organized, proactive, and safety-conscious
Able to communicate clearly with management, team members, and external contractors
