Description
Full-time Sous-Chef wanted, for high end and busy catering company
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist Chef with running the kitchen
- Ordering
- Inventory
- Supervising production and staff
- Scheduling staff
- Event food production
- Event execution
- Post-event supervision and organization
- This is a Salary Position (BOE).
We offer 100% health insurance to those who are eligible.
