JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 1-2 years of previous experience in a (high-volume/fine dining) southeast asian cuisine
• Participates in all areas of food preparation and production as well as other kitchen-related responsibilities
• Practices excellent food safety and sanitation
• Requires a minimum of 1.5 years of closely related cooking experience
• A highly motivated and energetic personality with a willingness to learn and work as a team
