We’re seeking a Junior Sous chef to join the opening team for our newest Rockfish restaurant in the stunning coastal town of Lyme Regis!

About the Role
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will:
Cook exceptional dishes using the freshest seafood.
Support the kitchen management to lead the service and mentor the kitchen team.
Ensure every plate meets our Rockfish standards.
Manage resources to minimise waste and control costs.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.
