Exciting Restaurant Opening in Lyme Regis

CALLING ALL CHEFS! COMMIS CHEFS / CHEF DE PARTIE/ SOUS CHEFS - Full and part time roles with Guaranteed hours

We’re seeking a Chefs of all levels to join the opening team for our newest Rockfish restaurant in the stunning coastal town of Lyme Regis

About the Role

As a  Rockfish Chef, you will:

  • Prepare exceptional dishes using the freshest seafood.

  • Ensure every plate meets our Rockfish standards.

  • Work well under pressure, be organised and resourceful

  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to deliver unforgettable dining experiences.
