Description
Assist the general manager in all aspects of restaurant management including FOH, BOH, inventory control, all production of in house and on line catering
Expert at labor budget management, cost controls, purchasing and recipe mapping
Required to work the Cook Line or FOH management
Must be available to work any hours of operation
Must have 3 years paid management experience in a high volume table service restaurant
Must have reliable transportation
Must be fluent in English (bilingual a plus!)
