Job Responsibilities:
The Facilities Manager’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
● Cleaning and sanitizing equipment
● Completing preventative maintenance tasks
● Calibrating equipment
● Replacing filters and gaskets
● Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units
● Cleaning and maintaining condensers
● Replacing belts
● Inspecting bulk CO2 and Coke tanks
● Managing operations and cleaning supplies
● Building upkeep
