We are a Young McDonald's Franchise that is poised for growth over the next few years!! We have a leadership team that enjoys working with people and developing talent.  Our people are the reason why we are so successful and we are looking to add talent to our current teams. 

What we are looking for:

The Assistant Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, so this is a big job! The Assistant Manager works with the General Manager to set the restaurant’s goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals.

To meet restaurant goals, the Assistant Manager doesn’t work alone. He or she leads a team of Managers that has specific responsibilities in the restaurant. This means helping the Managers to set their own goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their teams performance.

The Assistant Manager may also be responsible for hiring and developing Shift Managers and Trainers to make sure that the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future.

Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager or Assistant Manager experience running high-volume locations. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.

·        Business knowledge (P&L management, food safety, sales-forecasting, staffing… you get the idea)

·        Ability to oversee the preparation of safe, delicious food while maintaining a clean, organized restaurant

·        Passion for leadership and team development

·        The ability to deliver a great guest experience

·        Previous restaurant experience

·        The ability to communicate

Must have NYC food handlers certificate
