We are a Young McDonald's franchise poised for growth over the next few years. We have a leadership team that enjoys working with people and developing talent.  Our people are the reason for our success, and we are looking to add talent to our existing teams. 

What we are looking for:

The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, so this is a big job! The General Manager collaborates with the Assistant Managers to establish the restaurant’s goals and develops a plan to achieve them.

To meet restaurant goals, the General Manager doesn’t work alone. He or she leads a team of Managers that has specific responsibilities in the restaurant. This means helping managers set their own goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve their team's performance.

The General Manager is also responsible for hiring and developing Shift Managers and Trainers to ensure that the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future.

Ideal candidates should have previous experience as a General Manager, running high-volume locations. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail. You must be at least 18 years old to be a manager in our restaurants.

·        Must have NYC food handlers certificate
