Overview

We’re looking for responsible, observant, and customer-focused Security Guards to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment at our McDonald’s location. Whether you’re greeting guests, monitoring the premises, or handling disturbances calmly, you’ll play a key role in supporting our staff and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer activity and ensure safety on-site
• Deter theft, vandalism, and disruptive behavior
• Respond to incidents and escalate when necessary
• Enforce company and safety policies respectfully
• Support closing/opening procedures as needed
• Work closely with restaurant management and local authorities if required

Requirements:

• Prior security or law enforcement experience preferred
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Must be professional, alert, and approachable
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
• Valid security license (if required by local/state laws)
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to Commute:

  • Staten Island, NY 10310 (Required)
