We are hiring a Wash Person to support our evening and closing team. This role is essential to keeping our restaurant clean, organized, and ready for the next day.

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, trays, utensils, and equipment parts

• Keep the wash area clean, organized, and fully stocked

• Support closing tasks such as cleaning floors, emptying trash, and organizing equipment

• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures

• Work efficiently to ensure all wash duties are completed before closing

• Available to work 6 PM–2 AM and weekends

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• No experience needed — we provide full training

• Reliable, consistent, and hard-working

• Takes pride in keeping the restaurant clean

• Works well with others and communicates clearly
