As a Swing Manager, you aren’t just "working a shift"—you’re running the show. You’ll be the heartbeat of the restaurant, ensuring our crew stays motivated and our customers get the "Gold Standard" experience every single time.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading the Charge: Taking ownership of your shift, hitting speed-of-service targets, and keeping the energy high.
Coaching the Pros: Mentoring our crew members and helping them level up their skills.
Quality Inspector: Ensuring every burger and fry is hot, fresh, and perfect.
Safety Champion: Maintaining a squeaky-clean environment and following all safety protocols to a T.
Problem Solver: Turning guest concerns into "wow" moments with a positive attitude.
What We’re Looking For
We need a leader who is ready to hit the ground running. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:
Certification: You must have completed the McDonald’s Management Development Program (MDP) or an equivalent internal leadership certification.
Leadership Experience: At least 6+ months as a Crew Trainer or Shift Lead (we want someone who knows the ropes!).
A "Can-Do" Attitude: You can think on your feet, stay calm during a lunch rush, and keep the team focused.
Communication Skills: You’re great at giving clear directions and checking in with your team.
Physical Stamina: You’re ready to be on your feet and can handle lifting 30–50 lbs when the stock truck arrives.
