We are seeking a skilled and dependable In-House Technician to support multiple McDonald’s restaurant locations throughout Kern County. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with general maintenance experience who takes pride in quality work and problem-solving.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general facility and restaurant equipment repairs, including but not limited to:
Grill and fryer maintenance and repair
Water line repairs, floor drain maintenance, and sink servicing
Basic tile work, plumbing, and electrical troubleshooting
Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment and facilities meet operational and safety standards
Respond promptly to maintenance service requests across multiple store locations
Maintain accurate records of repairs and completed work orders
Participate in manufacturer training programs and certifications as needed
Training & Certification opportunities available for Taylor, Garland, and AVO equipment.
Minimum 1 year of general maintenance experience (restaurant experience preferred)
Valid Driver’s License – required
Ability to travel daily between restaurant locations within Kern County
Strong attention to detail and time management
Comfortable working independently and occasionally on weekends
8-hour shifts
Weekend availability required
Full-time, on-site position
