Shepherd Neame is on the lookout for a General Manager with bags of personality to join our team, so if you have previous experience of managing a team from within either the hospitality or a service led environment and you are looking for a new and rewarding challenge; this may be just the job for you. 

Mabel’s Tavern is a busy London pub located just a stone's throw from Kings Cross and St Pancras stations. It is a friendly, traditional alehouse with a wide variety of superb beers and freshly prepared food on the menu. A lively spot where commuters and tourists mingle with office workers at lunch time, and evening crowds gather to watch live sport. When it comes to pubs near King’s Cross, there’s nowhere better. If you enjoy a lively pub that has an emphases on live sport then this is for you.

As an ambassador for our brand, you will create an inclusive culture within the business, leading and developing your team to ensure that they offer excellent customer service at every opportunity. With the support of your Operations Manager you will strive to achieve key business objectives within your individual site whilst delivering continued growth, customer satisfaction and success.
