We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced General Manager to take the helm at The Mad Bishop & Bear – a well-loved pub in the heart of Paddington Station.

Nestled upstairs in Paddington Station, The Mad Bishop & Bear is a unique pub that blends the charm of a traditional British pub with the energy of a busy transport hub. It’s warm and welcoming atmosphere, complete with cosy booths, soft seating, and an open-plan space at the front, makes it a favourite for commuters with a little time to spare and a good stop off for local workers looking a moment of peace or a chance to watch some sport before they travel to an onward destination.

With a 65% drinks / 35% food sales mix, we’re looking for a General Manager who understands how to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment.

Experience of working with a 3rd party landlord would be preferred but isn’t essential.

This is a Live Out position.
