A Victorian pub occupying a former hat factory, our modern hotel is in close proximity to some of Centrals most popular sites. From the Oxo Tower’s restaurants and shops, the Globe Theatre and St Pauls cathedral!!! . The venue lies within walking distance of Blackfriars , Southwark and Waterloo Stations.
We look after a broad and diverse clientele including , but not limited to ,our hotel guests who travel from all four corners of the globe to experience London.
The Position
As Assistant manager , your role will range from managing and organising the day to day service in the pub ;to supporting and gaining insight into our vibrant hotel trade. All this to give you an eclectic experience that grants a rounded knowledge in hospitality.
