Description

Position Summary: Uphold the core values of the organization and its mission while consistently presenting and promoting brand integrity, product quality and customer service standards.

Reports to: Store Managers, Supervisors, Home Office team

Principle Duties:
• Responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service, processing sales quickly, accurately and efficiently and cash register operations.
• Ensures that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
• Operates a cash register and receives payment from customers in cash or credit card, accurately counts and provides change to customers as required, and follows all customer service and cash handling policies and procedures.
• Maintains orderly appearance of register area and supplies stocked.
• Assists customers picking up advanced orders if a CSR is unavailable
• When you have downtime perform tasks such as restocking, helping on counter or cleaning
• Answer phones when necessary, with appropriate Magnolia Greeting.
• Go on deliveries, store runs, or other errands when asked.
• Completing/filling out any required paperwork or training material.

Physical demands and work environment:
• Position requires standing and walking for period of 3-5 hours without a rest break.
• Occasional moderate to heavy lifting and carrying, bending and reaching overhead may be required.
• Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity
• Talking and hearing occur continuously in the process of communicating with guests, coworkers and management
• Vision occurs continuously with the most common visual functions being those of near vision and depth perception
• Requires manual dexterity to use and operate all necessary equipment
