We are currently recruiting for a Demi Chef De Partie for our 5-star super-boutique The Londoner Hotel.
Overview:
· As Demi Chef De Partie you will be giving instructions to Commis Chefs & trainee chefs, working closely with Chef de Parties and taking directive from Sous chefs on duty.
· You will ensure that all food safety guidelines are carried out and that quality and production is maintained to the standard required.
· The Demi Chef De Partie role involves providing employees with the orientation and training needed to understand expectations and perform job responsibilities.
About You:
· The Demi Chef De Partie should hold a level 3 Food Hygiene certificate.
· Has a good command of the English language.
· Understands the strategic positioning of the hotel and company within the competitive market.
· Has a high level of Performance Management/Supervisory skills, the ability to relate to, communicate with, and motivate employees to sustain high performance and quality levels.
· Is able to delegate and assign tasks using such techniques as needs analysis, individual skills assessment, objective setting and effective communication.
