We are currently recruiting for a Night Chef de Partie to join our exclusive restaurants at The Londoner.
Overview:
• We are expanding our brigade in the kitchen and currently recruiting for a Night Chef de Partie to join the culinary team.
• As a Night Chef de Partie you will take the lead in delivering a high level of cuisine, ensuring that food standards are maintained always and that recipes are followed accurately.
• As a Night Chef de Partie you will be expected to direct and coach the junior brigade, ensuring that they too achieve the food standards and quality required during service and prep.
• The person in this role is responsible overall for food preparation in the kitchen at night time.
About You:
• Demonstrates passion and culinary standards within a high calibre fast paced environment.
• Has the ability to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks and will ensure completion to achieve the required results.
• Proven track record of achieving results, working well within a team motivated and keen to learn.
