We are currently recruiting for a Junior Sous Chef Pastry to join us at The Londoner Hotel to work alongside our very talented Pastry Team.

Overview:

  • An Amazing opportunity to join our Londoner pastry team.  As Junior Sous Chef Pastry you will support the Senior chefs with the overall management of the pastry kitchen.
  • You will assist with all pastry preparation for the days service under the guidance of the Executive Pastry Chef.
  • You will support the supervision and training of the junior pastry chefs.
  • You will adhere strictly to all food preparation, storage and sanitisation processes. 
  • You will develop excellent knowledge of all menu items inclusive of all recipes and cooking methods.
  • You will ensure presentation of all menu item is outstanding.

 About You:

  • You will demonstrate a passion for pastry ideally within a rosette standard operation either within a hotel or restaurant environment.
  • You will be able to perform under pressure in a fast paced environment.
  • You will have good knowledge of all food preparation protocols.
