We are currently recruiting for a Senior Chef de Partie to join the Culinary Team at The Londoner Hotel.

Overview:

  • An amazing opportunity to join the culinary team at The Londoner as a Senior Chef de Partie.
  • As a Senior Chef de Partie you will be responsible for assisting the senior kitchen team in the daily direction and overseeing of the junior chefs with the execution and consistency of cuisine.
  • You will ensure that dishes of the highest quality are prepared and served in line with cost constraints by supervising and participating in the preparation of all menu items.
  • You will support in the training and development of junior chefs within the team and will partner with the Front of House Team to ensure smooth food service to guests.

About You:

  • Be passionate about food and keen to learn and develop new cooking techniques.
  • Hold a level 2 food hygiene certificate.
  • Can take responsibility for any section of the kitchen and meet standards in health and hygiene, staffing and organisational planning, recipe standards, promotion of a learning environment and food quality and preparation.
  • Have current experience as a Chef de Partie within a fresh food led operation.
  • Have the confidence to communicate with other chefs and build rapport amongst the team.
