A bit about what you will be doing:
We are now looking for a Shift Engineer to join our Technical Services team. Based across multiple sites, you will have a real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build rapport and long term relationships with your colleagues. You will work closely with the Technical Services Managers and other senior management in order to ensure the continued success of the restaurants in your remit.
Key Responsibilities:
• General maintenance, repairs and property conditioning
• Carry out planned maintenance on plant and kitchen equipment
• Respond to reactive maintenance
• Trade experience including painting and decorating
• Follow and adhere to Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules
Required Skills/Experience:
• Enthusiastic, willing to learn and self-motivated
• Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
• Flexibility
• Previous experience of working as a Maintenance Engineer in a similar environment
• Keen understanding of Health and Safety is important
