We are currently recruiting for a Shift Engineer for The May Fair Hotel, A Radisson Collection Hotel.

Overview: 

  • An amazing opportunity to join the Maintenance team at The May Fair Hotel as a Shift Engineer.

  • As a Shift Leader you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel on a daily basis to ensure the effective running of the hotel. 

  • You will respond to requests coming in from both guests and hosts, handling them both quickly and efficiently.

  • You will coordinate and prioritise the distribution of repair-maintenance orders and planned maintenance orders ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner.  

  • You will check and monitor completed work in order to ensure it is completed to company standards. 

  • You will supervise maintenance assistants and delegate tasks as appropriate and as per skill set.

  • You will ensure that Edwardian Hotels London always adhere to all regulatory fire and safety standards as legally required. 

About You: 

  • You must have current hotel maintenance experience. 

  • Be fully aware of Health and safety procedures. 

  • Understand the requirements for effective water management. 

  • Have knowledge of environmental matters. 

  • Be able to perform electrical, plumbing, decoration and carpentry tasks. 

  • Understands basic housekeeping processes and procedures.

  • Demonstrates personal ownership, team, and motivational skills.
