We are seeking an experienced and passionate People & Culture Manager to lead the launch and ongoing operations of the Sofitel Dublin Airport Hotel. A Luxury property managed by the award-winning Arora Group in partnership with Accor’s Sofitel brand—is set to redefine the guest experience at one of Europe’s busiest international gateways.

Directly connected to Terminal 2, this flagship property will feature:

• 412 elegant guestrooms
• Extensive meetings and events facilities
• A spectacular rooftop bar with panoramic views across Dublin and the airport

The Role
Working in partnership with the hotel management team, the People & Culture Manager will be responsible for performance management, the identification of issues and implementation of initiatives to support, succession planning, internal talent identification, promotion and position/location moves, employee engagement, retention, and personnel reporting.

The people & Culture Manager will oversee:

• Resource and Talent Planning – Work with the Head of Talent Acquisition to development and implement effective resourcing strategies. Drive the culture of succession planning and internal development.
• Talent Development - ensure consistency in the administration of performance reviews, ensure a coaching culture throughout the hotel, assist with training delivery as and when required while working with the Head of Learning & development to establish training requirements.
• Reward & Recognition - promote and drive awareness of the company reward and recognition program, work with the Group People & Culture Director to conduct annual salary review process and action pay awards accurately
• Employee Engagement - work with the People & Culture team to ensure the Staff Consultive Committee is active and any actions arising are addressed, analyse exit interview data, highlighting trends and communicate these to General Manager and Group People & Culture Director, provide a team focus to promote and manage annual employee survey opinion and conduct accurate analysis
• Employee Relations - including managing disciplinary, grievance and appeals process, adhering to Workplace Relations Commission code of practice, conflict management, performance culture and coaching / providing support to managers in all employee relation issues
