We are currently recruiting for a Shift Engineer to join the Maintenance team at The Londoner, one of our 5 Star Luxury Hotels.
Overview:
An amazing opportunity to join the Maintenance team at The Londoner Hotel as a Shift Engineer.
As a Shift Leader you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel on a daily basis to ensure the effective running of the hotel.
You will respond to requests coming in from both guests and hosts, handling them both quickly and efficiently.
You will coordinate and prioritise the distribution of repair-maintenance orders and planned maintenance orders ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner.
You will check and monitor completed work in order to ensure it is completed to company standards.
You will supervise maintenance assistants and delegate tasks as appropriate and as per skill set.
You will ensure that Edwardian Hotels London always adhere to all regulatory fire and safety standards as legally required.
About You:
You must have current hotel maintenance experience.
Be fully aware of Health and safety procedures.
Understand the requirements for effective water management.
Have knowledge of environmental matters.
Be able to perform electrical, plumbing, decoration and carpentry tasks.
Understands basic housekeeping processes and procedures.
Demonstrates personal ownership, team, and motivational skills.
