From the James Beard Award-winning team behind Maison Premiere & Sauvage, the Golden Hour now seeks qualified candidates for full time Line Cook. The position is seasonal, with an opening date estimated around mid May to a closing date of late-October.
Inspired by the coastal outdoor dining of the North Atlantic, the Golden Hour will feature equal parts travel and local: soft shell crab-on-rye, the Clambake, and its unctuous sides of roasted corn and crab confit. double-stack burger, baked Quahogs, and all the other memories of pilgrimages to the coast. The Golden Hour will also have an extensive Raw Bar Program.
