What you'll do: 

• You will be working alongside the pastry production supervisor and two other bakers to learn our craft and processes.
• Learn and follow instructions for baking techniques and station work
• Observe and assist with maman recipes under close supervision
• Always keep the kitchen sparkling - no one likes working in a messy place!
• Assist with re-stocking at the end of your shift – team work makes the dream work
• At maman everyone does a bit of everything. During your stage, you'll experience different aspects of our operation and see how we truly believe team work makes the dream work

What we're looking for:

• You have a genuine interest in pastry and baking
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and able to lift and move 50lbs
• You make people feel good, especially your team
• You work positively and collaboratively
• You learn quickly and are eager to absorb maman's unique culture
• Smart, no ego, upbeat, friendly, & efficiency oriented
• Available for the full week including any weekend days
• If we get stuck in an elevator together, you'll crack a joke and we'll laugh along the way
