As Pastry Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the Pastry Chef de Partie and Head Pastry Chef in delivering MA/NA’s dessert and pastry offering to the highest standard.
You will contribute to prep and service across sections with care, consistency and attention to detail, developing your technical skills while learning advanced techniques in a calm, disciplined kitchen environment. This role is ideal for a pastry professional ready to grow within a refined, creative team.
What We’re Looking For• Previous experience as a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie or strong Pastry Commis in a high-end or fine dining environment
• Passion for refined desserts, Japanese flavours and modern pastry techniques
• Strong foundational pastry skills with attention to detail and presentation
• Good organisation and composure during service
• A positive attitude, curiosity and commitment to learning
