Goods Receiver – Ma/Na Mayfair

Ma/Na Mayfair is looking for a Goods Receiver to join our team. This Goods Receiver role is a key position within the operation, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of all deliveries into the business. The Goods Receiver will play a vital role in maintaining organisation, accuracy, and high standards behind the scenes.

The Role – Goods Receiver

As a Goods Receiver, you will be responsible for managing all incoming deliveries, ensuring accuracy, quality, and proper storage at all times. The Goods Receiver will work closely with both kitchen and front-of-house teams to support day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and checking all deliveries for quality and accuracy
• Matching delivery notes and invoices against goods received
• Reporting discrepancies or issues promptly
• Organising and storing all goods correctly and efficiently
• Maintaining clean, structured, and compliant storage areas
• Supporting kitchen and operational teams with timely delivery flow
• Monitoring stock levels and flagging low stock where required
• Liaising with suppliers when delivery issues arise

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Goods Receiver or in a similar role is advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Physically capable of lifting and moving deliveries
• Basic understanding of food safety and storage practices
• A team player with a proactive and reliable approach
