Role Overview:
As the Front-of-House Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our impeccable standards of service and guest satisfaction. You will oversee the seamless operation of our front desk, guest services, and guest relations, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to +1 Service and ensuring an amazing guest experience.

As a Head of Department (HOD) working alongside peer managers and supported by the leadership team, you will have a broad range of responsibilities, all of which centre around delivering an exceptional guest experience, maintaining operational efficiency, managing resources effectively, and ensuring that the hotel consistently upholds its luxury standards. Your leadership and strategic oversight are crucial to the hotel’s success and reputation.  You will naturally uphold our values day-to-day: Driven, Daring, Passionate and Integrity.
