Your mission

As our new Group Business Development Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth, working hand-in-hand with our COO to craft smart strategies, build powerful partnerships, and fill our stunning rooms and event spaces with guests who love what we do.

You’ll charm agents, woo corporates, dazzle at networking events, and convert every warm lead into loyal business. No two days will be the same , you’ll be pitching, planning, hosting, analysing, and always closing that next deal.

What you’ll be doing:

Bringing our MICE and Agency sales plans to life, and adding your own brilliant ideas.
Hunting down new opportunities, you’ll know who to call, where to be, and what to say to get us noticed.
Building rock-solid relationships, agents, corporates, event bookers… you’ll keep them coming back for more.
Hosting unforgettable FAM trips, site visits, and virtual tours, showcasing our hotels at their best.
Hitting the road, attending trade shows, networking events, and sales meetings that put us on the map.
Using our CRM like a pro, tracking every lead, every deal, every win.
Reporting, analysing, and always looking for ways to raise the bar.
Collaborating with our Hotel Managers, Sales & Event Execs, and Revenue team, because we win together.

*You will be required to travel between the hotels as well as attend Events, visit agents and clients, flexibility to stay overnight, work evenings and occasional weekends will be required


What you’ll bring to the party:

A proven track record in hotel sales, you know your stuff and have the wins to prove it.
Charisma in buckets, people love to work with you (and you make it look easy).
Top-notch communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
 A self-starter’s spirit, you thrive on your own but love being part of a tight-knit team.
 Flexibility , you’re ready to stay overnight or host events when needed.
 A positive, proactive attitude, and a genuine passion for making guests happy.


What’s in it for you?

Salary from £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + bonus (OTE of 50% of salary)  + company car
