What do we look for?
o Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and executing events, including private dining, corporate functions, and special celebrations.
o Ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities, build relationships with clients, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
o Strong interpersonal skills to maintain and grow relationships with repeat customers.
o
Expertise
in negotiating contracts, pricing, and event packages to balance customer
satisfaction with profitability.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas
effectively, present event concepts, and engage clients.
o Keen ability to manage intricate event logistics, ensuring seamless execution and a flawless guest experience.
o Familiarity with restaurant workflows, menu design, and service standards to align event planning with operational capabilities.
o Skills in developing promotional strategies for events and collaborating with marketing teams to drive awareness and bookings.
o A proactive approach to handling last-minute changes, unforeseen challenges, and diverse client needs.
o Competence in creating and managing event budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial targets are met.
What will you work on?
o Organise and manage events like parties and meetings at the restaurant.
o Create plans to attract new clients and increase event bookings.
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction.
o Work with the kitchen to create custom menus and event packages.
o Manage event budgets, keeping costs under control while maintaining quality.
o Ensure smooth setup and coordination of décor, seating, and equipment.
o Market the restaurant’s event services through appropriate channels.
o Organise event schedules.
o Handle client contracts, ensuring all terms are clear and agreed upon.
o Check in with clients after events to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
