About Us:

We’re two thriving food-led brands based in Manchester, united by creativity, quality, and a love of bold flavours:

  • A buzzing street food kitchen inside a legendary Manchester gig venue – high-energy service, fast-paced menus, and late-night crowds.
  • A high-volume event catering brand operating from a multi-use event space – brand launches, corporate events, exhibitions and more.

Together, we’re looking for a Roaming Head Chef to join the team and support our established Head Chefs across both sites.

The Role:

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll act as a flexible kitchen leader, working alongside our Head Chefs to:

  • Support in daily kitchen operations and service delivery
  • Help develop and execute menus tailored to each concept
  • Step up in the absence of Head Chefs – ensuring consistency and quality
  • Lead by example and mentor junior team members
  • Assist with ordering, prep, stock control, and food hygiene compliance
  • Help implement systems and support smooth kitchen workflows
  • Be ready to pivot between street food service and large-scale event catering

You'll split your time between both kitchens based on operational needs, seasonal demand, and events schedule.

About You:

We’re looking for someone who’s:

  • An experienced Sous Chef or Head Chef ready for a new challenge
  • Adaptable, reliable, and thrives in varied kitchen environments
  • Passionate about bold, flavour-driven food
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working across different teams
  • Solid understanding of HACCP, food safety, and kitchen best practices
  • Confident jumping between street food speed and plated event service
  • A people person who builds trust, motivates teams, and supports growth
