As an Assistant Restaurant Captain, you’ll be part of this dynamic team, supporting the Captain in ensuring smooth operations, guiding the service staff, and helping deliver a dining experience that goes beyond expectations.

Key Responsibilities of the Assistant Restaurant Captain:
  • Assists the Restaurant Captain in supervising daily operations and service flow.

  • Supports the service team on the floor to ensure smooth, efficient guest service.

  • Greets and interacts with guests to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

  • Coordinates with kitchen and service staff to deliver accurate and timely orders.

  • Helps maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety.

  • Assists in training and guiding new team members to meet service expectations.

  • Handles guest feedback professionally and ensures positive resolutions.

  • Communicates operational or guest-related feedback to the Captain or management.


Requirements of the Assistant Restaurant Captain:
  • Previous experience in restaurants or hospitality (preferably in a support or supervisory role).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for high-level service.

  • Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure.

  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant procedures is a plus.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, on weekends, and during holidays.

  • Professional appearance and commitment to guest satisfaction.
