*HOTEL DESCRIPTION*
The Assistant Spa Manager tasks will be to assist the Spa Manager in the day-to-day
running of the department and to represent the Spa by l’Occitane brand values to
customers. . She/He will also be responsible for welcoming and taking care of customers,
then advising them by listening to their needs and expectations. The Assistant SPA
Manager promotes, advises on and sells services and treatment products to boost sales.
She/He is also responsible for managing sales and professional product inventories and
ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Assistant SPA Manager
supervises the team and keeps the spa clean and tidy. The Assistant Spa Manager will be
the guarantor of good team cohesion
Task :
Assist our Spa Manager, be his right-hand man.
▪ Write communication materials and ensure the transmission of information.
▪ Organize and optimize customer pick-up schedules to develop sales.
▪ Guarantee the quality of services and therefore customer satisfaction.
▪ Provide personalized advice on future treatments and associated products.
▪ Offer complementary services to optimize customer loyalty.
▪ Carry out treatment protocols and inform customers about chosen treatment protocols,
presenting products and their benefits.
▪ Knowledge of and interest in the fitness industry.
▪ Manage and train a team
▪ Develop turnover from treatments and product sales.
▪ Build customer loyalty.
Ensure compliance with treatment protocols.
▪ Maintain the Spa (hygiene and safety, linen, decoration, etc.).
▪ Perform treatments
▪ Product inventory
▪ Place orders with various suppliers.
▪ Know how to manage stock
▪ Be a driving force in marketing and sales.
▪ Ensure compliance with treatment protocols set up within the SPA and the L'Occitane
en Provence brand.
▪ Draw up schedules for receptionists, spa practitioners and spa attendants.
▪ Manage a shift at spa reception (making appointments, answering emails, etc.).
