*HOTEL DESCRIPTION*
The Spa Receptionist is first and foremost a key player in transmitting values of the
establishment.
The Spa Receptionist is responsible for welcoming customers, presenting the
Wellness area, as well as control the cleanliness of this area throughout the day. The Spa
Receptionist conveys the hotel's image through her/his attitude, kindness,
professionalism, and availability.
Reporting to the SPA Manager, the Spa Receptionist will welcome customers, accompany
them to the changing rooms and introduce them to the premises. He/she must ensure that
cleanliness of the spa. He/she will also answer the phone, make appointments, have a
thorough knowledge of our spa menu and our products to best advise our customers.
Above all, the Spa Receptionist must ensure compliance with health and safety rules.
Task
▪ Welcomes guests warmly, informs them or advises them on the services provided by
the establishment
▪ Guarantee service quality and customer satisfaction
▪ Keeping the Spa clean
▪ Control common areas
▪ Take appointments and advise customers
▪ Provide personalized advice on treatments and products
▪ Offer complementary services to optimize customer loyalty
▪ Knowledge of and interest in the fitness area

Required
According to profile and experience:
▪ Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
▪ Perfect knowledge of SPA products.
▪ Perfect knowledge of the spa menu.
▪ Fluent English.
▪ Excellent personal presentation with a warm and welcoming personality.
▪ Able to manage customer preference, loyalty and satisfaction.
▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
Diplomas/Experience
▪ 2 years' experience in the well-being and beauty sector preferred.
▪ Professional diploma in hotel and/or in beauty/wellness.
