Job Overview:
An exciting opportunity to begin a career in luxury hospitality with Mansard Riyadh. This dual-role position supports HR operations and employee engagement while coordinating timekeeping and payroll processes in collaboration with various departments.
Key Responsibilities: Timekeeping & Payroll Coordination:
Accurately monitor and record staff attendance, absences, and overtime.
Communicate with department heads for schedule changes and proper documentation.
Prepare monthly timekeeping summaries aligned with payroll timelines.
Provide accurate data to the payroll team and assist in resolving discrepancies.
HR Administrative Support:
Manage document filing, employee records, and HR system updates.
Assist with onboarding and prepare welcome documents for new hires.
Help organize internal communications, HR events, and training sessions.
Employee Relations:
Serve as the first point of contact for queries regarding attendance and leave policies.
Maintain confidentiality and a professional approach in all staff interactions.
Support a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
Required Qualifications:
Saudi nationality (mandatory).
High attention to detail, especially with data and numbers.
Basic understanding of administrative or HR functions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Arabic & English).
Preferred Experience:
Internship or entry-level experience in hospitality or administration.
Familiarity with attendance tracking systems or HR/payroll software is a plus.
