Position Details

Title: Training Manager
 Department: Human Resources
 Reports To: Director of Human Resources / Hotel General Manager
 Location: Mansard Riyadh – Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
 Employment Type: Full-Time


About the Role

The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and implementing learning and development initiatives that align with Mansard Riyadh’s service philosophy and operational standards. This individual will work across all departments to identify skill gaps, support departmental trainers, and create training programs that foster a culture of continuous learning and guest-focused service.

The ideal candidate combines a strong foundation in hospitality operations with the ability to communicate, inspire, and engage team members at all levels.


Key Responsibilities

Training Strategy & Delivery

● Develop and implement the hotel’s annual training plan in alignment with operational goals and brand standards

● Deliver engaging orientation, service culture, and skills-based training for all new hires

● Partner with departmental heads to identify specific training needs and create tailored learning solutions

Leadership & Development Culture

● Cultivate a strong learning environment that promotes internal mobility and career growth

● Facilitate management and supervisory development programs

● Support performance management efforts through coaching and targeted training

Quality Assurance & Compliance

● Ensure all required compliance, safety, and brand training is completed and properly documented

● Maintain accurate training records and report regularly on training impact and KPIs

● Monitor guest feedback trends and audit results to proactively address service gaps through training

Collaboration & Communication

● Act as a trusted advisor to department heads, providing insight into training-related issues and employee development opportunities

● Promote internal communications that reinforce the hotel’s vision, mission, and values

● Represent the hotel in Radisson Collection L&D forums, staying current on best practices


Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications

● 3–5 years of progressive experience in training or learning & development, preferably within a 5-star hotel or international luxury hospitality brand

● Strong facilitation, presentation, and coaching skills

● Fluency in Arabic and English – written and spoken

● Solid understanding of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies

● Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital learning tools

Preferred Experience

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field

● Previous operational experience in Rooms, F&B, or Guest Services

● Certification in training, facilitation, or L&D frameworks

Personal Attributes
