Job Description: Guest Relations Agent

Location: Mansard Hotel Riyadh


A. Primary Focus:
☑ Focus on technical expertise and individual contribution (not management)


B. Mission:
The Guest Relations Agent supports the department’s goals by delivering personalized, high-quality guest services. This role requires ownership of tasks, teamwork, and representing the company’s culture and values. All duties follow company policies and local regulations.

Key activities:

  • Provide excellent guest service and promptly resolve inquiries.

  • Ensure smooth department operations meeting company standards.

  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the guest experience.

Expected results:

  • High guest satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Efficient and professional department performance.

  • Strong brand representation and policy compliance.


C. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily operations of Guest Relations to ensure exceptional guest experiences (25%).

  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely and professional completion (15%).

  • Work closely with team members to address guest needs and solve problems (20%).

  • Assist in achieving department goals and implementing strategies (10%).

  • Continuously improve skills and knowledge aligned with company values (10%).

  • Collaborate with management to maintain inventory and meet targets (10%).

  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders and promote company culture (5%).

  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and audit requirements (5%).


D. Skills & Competencies:

  • Experience in guest relations

  • Adaptable and proactive

E. Requirements:

  • Minimum education: National academic qualifications preferred

  • Experience: At least 1 year in guest relations

  • Languages: Good command of spoken and written English
