About Us: Brasserie Marceline is a new 150 cover modern Brasserie nestled in the heart of Canary wharf looking to France with its feet firmly in London. Independently owned by proven restauranteurs with a passion for food and hospitality.
Opening this summer upon the K2 floating pavilion in Canary Wharf we are seeking an experienced Commis Chef de Partie that wants to be a big part of the opening with a desire to be part of the team in a completely new restaurant.
Role Overview: Responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen. Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the standards set company.
Manage the pass station and oversee the flow of orders from the kitchen to the dining area
Ensure all orders are prepared, plated correctly, and delivered promptly
Work closely with the head chef, sous chefs, and kitchen staff to ensure a cohesive team environment
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Requirements: To excel in this role, you will need:
Have previous experience as Chef de Partie in a busy, high standard environment.
Ability to deliver high standards consistently
Have excellent communication and organising skills
Be a great team player
Have lofty standards of health and hygiene
Be passionate and enthusiastic about their job
