An exciting opportunity has arisen for a pro-active and motivated  Senior Marketing Executive to join the Communications team at The Birley Clubs based in Berkeley Square House, London.

The Birley Clubs operate some of the world’s most iconic private members’ clubs; Annabel’s, Mark’s Club, George, Harry’s Bar and Bath & Racquets Club. The Birley Clubs have created a paradise of sophistication, unparalleled quality, and service in the heart of Mayfair.

The Senior Marketing Executive will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing to help maintain and enhance The Birley Clubs’ brand presence in the competitive private members’ club market. You will be instrumental in producing marketing materials, overseeing print and production processes, gathering information from different departments, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. You will also play a key role in shaping member communications, including newsletters, the soon-to-launch Annabel’s app and other touchpoints - ensuring our messaging is always clear, considered and beautifully written

Key Responsibilities:

 Member newsletters

  • Own the end-to-end newsletter process from building to final approval.
  • Collate information for newsletters from key stakeholders across the business (Events, F&B, Music/Entertainment and Operations).
  • Write engaging, on-brand copy ensuring consistency with each club’s tone of voice.
  • Build the newsletters from templates in Marketing Cloud, then pass to the Content team for finalisation.

Marketing Support

  • Proofread and fact-check all communications and marketing collateral to maintain impeccable accuracy, tone, and grammar.
  • Support meeting preparation, including creating print collateral, taking notes, and reporting back on actions.
  • Create wrap reports for brand partners and sponsors following campaigns

Project Management

  • Manage all brand and event collateral needs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery from designers and print suppliers.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials such as menus, event invitations, newsletters and evites.
  • Maintain the Marketing Assets drive and ensure the website is up to date with current materials.

Digital Marketing Support

  • Manage the member communications calendar, ensuring timely delivery of key messages and updates.
  • Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with uploading and updating content on the app and other digital platforms.
  • Collaborate to optimise communications delivery via app and email channels.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within luxury hospitality, lifestyle or membership-based brands (internships welcome).
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and tone of voice.
  • Experience managing marketing materials and working with designers and print suppliers.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work cross-functionally.
  • Familiarity with email marketing systems and content platforms such as Adobe and Canva.
  •  Proactive, creative and highly organised, with a passion for delivering best-in-class communications.
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
